Exchange & Return Policy

At Adneet, each piece of Chikankari is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of hand embroidery, slight variations in thread, color, or motifs may occur — these are not defects, but marks of authenticity that celebrate the handmade beauty of our craft.

We truly value your trust and strive to provide the best service and quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a fair and transparent return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery and only after approval by the Adneet team.

  • To request a return, please email us at support@adneet.in with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Full Name

    • Email ID

    • Product being returned

    • Reason for return

  • Only eligible products can be returned. Please note the following are not eligible for return:

    • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

    • Customized or tailored products

    • International orders

    • Any item marked as non-returnable in the product description

  • If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned in original condition.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Neatly repack the product in its original packaging, along with tags and invoice.

  2. Ship the product to the address below:

  • Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality check.

  • If it clears inspection, your return/exchange will be processed accordingly.

Kindly note: Delivery charges will not be refunded in case of returns. However, in case of exchanges, shipping charges may be adjusted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • For any changes in size, delivery address, or phone number, please write to support@adneet.in with the subject line:
    "Order Number + Revised Information"
    We will do our best to accommodate changes, provided your order has not been shipped.
